Née en Sicile, Francesca a fait vivre sur la rue Marie-Anne une tradition de pizzas rondes en poêle. Son fils Mark Skoda partage la recette avec Magpie Pizza; elle devient l’inspiration fondatrice de Montréal Pan Pizza et une tradition à offrir au Québec.

THE STORY
A brand with

Born in Sicily, Francesca carried on a tradition of round pan pizzas on Marie-Anne Street. Her son, Mark Skoda, shared the recipe with Magpie Pizza. It became the founding inspiration for Montreal Pan Pizza—and a family tradition to share with Quebec.
